Formerly known as Everone Property Management Sdn Bhd, Crescent Property Management (CPM) underwent a strategic rebranding in response to recent regulatory and economic developments in Malaysia.
The implementation of e-Invoicing by the Government and the increase in SST to 8% have significantly impacted operating costs across the industry. In an effort to maintain competitive pricing and deliver greater cost efficiency to our clients, the Director made the decision to restructure and rebrand the company. This change reflects our ongoing commitment to providing high-quality, value-driven property management services while adapting proactively to the evolving business environment.
